Cloud and AI infrastructure, designed to be run.
Cloud Lab Works is an independent architecture practice. Hybrid and multi-cloud design, AI infrastructure from the rack to the region, and technical writing that shows the work.
Whole system first, then the parts. Every design grounded in what it costs to operate.

- Architecture reviewA second set of eyes on a hybrid or multi-cloud design before it becomes expensive: availability, blast radius, network and identity boundaries, and the operating cost after the launch pricing ends.
- Cloud and AI infrastructure designTarget-state and migration architecture across on-premises, edge, and public cloud — including the lab-scale GPU, storage, and network substrate that AI workloads actually need.
- Technical contentReference architectures, sizing guides, workshops, and talks. Written for the engineer who has to build it, not the slide that has to sell it.
